Armed Robbery Confirmed In Alamo, Suspects At-Large: Sheriff

Three suspects, one of them armed, robbed tools from a man's work truck Thursday morning.

ALAMO, CA — Three suspects committed an armed robbery in Alamo Thursday morning, according to the Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office. The suspects remain at-large.

At around 11 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a report of an armed robbery on the 1400 block of Livorna Road in Alamo. Three suspects, one of them armed, stole tools from the victim’s work truck, then fled. The Sheriff’s Office conducted a search for the suspects and their vehicle, but they were not located.

Just under a month ago, an Alamo woman was followed home and robbed at gunpoint in her driveway. One of the suspects was carrying an AK-47-type rifle. Patch is awaiting further information on the status of that investigation.
