DANVILLE, CA — Joseph Rubay is one of two candidates on the June 7 primary ballot for California’s 16th Assembly District, which represents all of the Tri-Valley.
Rubay is running against incumbent Assemblymember Rebecca Bauer-Kahan.

The state has failed our homeless. We need to get them the treatment they need.

Chaired committee to pass Measure K in Alamo to increase the fee for our Deputy.
