Danville To Celebrate Downtown Renovations, Music At The Plaza
Come to the brand-new Prospect Park Plaza to enjoy music and the completion of the Downtown Master Plan Catalyst Project.
DANVILLE, CA - Several bands will be able to play this summer at Danville's brand new outdoor performance space called Prospect Park Plaza, part of a $4 million downtown revitalization program.
Music at the Plaza begins Saturday, May 3. Before the inaugural concert, the community is invited to a celebration marking the conclusion of the Downtown Master Plan Catalyst Project, which brought helped make the downtown safer, pretty, and more pedestrian friendly. The event, which starts at 3:30, will also kick off National Small Business Week, which lasts May 4-10.
Music at the Plaza will take place 4-6 p.m. on Saturdays and select Fridays over the summer every other week. The lineup is as follows:
