Danville Sandbag Stations Open For Storm Season

Residents can fill sandbags to use for flood prevention at their Danville home or business.

To help protect homes and businesses during storms, the Town of Danville sets up a sandbag station each winter to help residents prevent flooding on their properties. The sandbag station is located at the Town’s Service Center at 1000 Sherburne Hills Road and provides sand, sandbags, and a shovel in a do-it-yourself setting.

Residents can fill sandbags to use for flood prevention at their Danville home or business. There is a limit of 20 bags per household to ensure that there is an adequate supply for the community.
