Danville To Show 'Field Of Dreams' Friday: Moonlight Movies Series

DANVILLE, CA — Danville is welcoming families to gather under the stars at the Town Green this Friday night for an outdoor showing of "Field of Dreams."

The PG, 1989 film is part of the city's free Moonlight Movies series at the park this summer, where families, friends and film lovers are invited to grab a blanket, pack a picnic — or pick up a to-go meal from one of Danville’s eateries.

Nearby, attendees can pick up slow-smoked barbecue from Hazy Barbecue, juicy burgers from Pete's Brass Rail & Car Wash or The Growler, hearty meals from Norm's Place or a hot slice from Primo's Pizzeria & Pub.
