Danville Student Film Festival Accepting Applications
Middle and high school students from around the Tri-Valley are invited to apply to have their films shown at the Village Theatre.
DANVILLE, CA — Young Tri-Valley directors are invited to submit original films for consideration to the Danville Student Film Festival, which will show at the Village Theatre on Aug. 1.
The festival is open to current middle or high school students, including the class of 2025. Films must be original, with original characters, and rated PG and appropriate for public viewing. Copyrighted music is not allowed.
Films must be submitted by July 11 at 5 p.m. Applicants can submit the film via flash drive and a signed agreement to the Village Theatre at 233 Front Street. Selections will be announced Friday, July 18.
