Danville Town Council To Name Commission & Board Appointments

DANVILLE, CA — The Danville Town Council will make appointments to a number of boards and commissions during their Tuesday meeting. Council members will also be appointed as representatives to various regional boards.

Council members will make the following appointments:

• Planning Commission: 4 regular members, 1 alternate, to 4-year terms.
• Design Review Board: 1 regular member, 1 alternate, to 4-year-terms. Appoint one Planning Commission representative.
• Heritage Resource Commission: 2 regular members, 1 alternate, 1 architect, to 4-year terms.
• Contra Costa County Mosquito and Vector Control District Board of Trustees: One 4-year term
• County Connection Board of Directors: 1 Danville council member, 1 alternate Danville council member, for one-year terms.
• MCE Clean Energy Board: 1 Danville council member, 1 alternate Danville council member, for one-year terms.
• RecycleSmart Board of Directors: Two Danville council members for one-year terms.
• Tri-Valley - San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Authority Board of Directors: 1 Danville council member for a one-year term.
