Danville's 'Teen Talent' Have A Chance At Scholarships
The top of three finalists will receive $1,000, and all finalists will compete for entry into an end-of-year event.
DANVILLE, CA — Danville teens and young adults with a special talent are invited to enter into this year's Teen Talent Showcase.
Artistic activities, whatever they may be, "help relieve stress, anxiety, and depression," wrote the city of San Ramon, which is also participating in the showcase. "We welcome all teens to join in on the fun! Whether you’re a juggler, ballet dancer, or rock band guitarist, (or any talent) we want to see your act!"
Youth can upload a clip of their talent at teentalentshowcase.com by March 31. The contest which is run by charity A Brighter Day.

The first-place winner will get a $1,000 scholarship, while the second-place winner will get $500 and the third-place winner gets $250. All finalists will be invited to an end-of-year event.
All contestants have a shot at winning a $100 Target gift card.

Enter by uploading a video to the Teen Talent Showcase website and filling out a form. Your video will be uploaded to a YouTube channel for the contest and each like counts as a vote.
Five of the highest like-getters and five contestants chosen by judges will advance to the finale. Contestants will then resubmit a video and a panel of judges will choose the winner.
Live YouTube shows will take place each month.
