Diablo Vista Playground To Close For Renovations

The renovated park will include new playground and exercise equipment, fresh landscaping, picnic areas, and more.

DANVILLE, CA — The Diablo Vista Park Playground will be closed for renovations throughout the summer, the town of Danville said.

Once complete, the new playground will feature updated equipment like slides, overhead climbers, steppers, instruments, swings, and an electronic pulse table tennis game. It will also feature accessible equipment for children with limited mobility.

The new park will also feature shaded picnic areas with scenic views, game tables, benches, a new drinking fountain with a bottle filler and a pet water bowl, updated exercise equipment, and fresh landscaping.

Playgrounds will remain open at Danville South Park, Hap Magee Ranch Park, Oak Hill Park, Osage Station Park, and Sycamore Valley Park.
