8 Earthquakes Rattle Tri-Valley Sunday
Eight earthquakes jolted the region within one day. Did you feel them?
DANVILLE, CA -- Eight earthquakes jolted the Tri-Valley area Sunday. The quakes, which centered in near Diablo and Danville, started around 10:30 a.m. The earthquakes ranged in magnitude from 1.5 to 3.0, according to the United States Geological Survey.
The temblors were felt in Danville, San Ramon, Walnut Creek and as far away as Moraga. No injuries were reported as a result of Sunday's quakes.
