Exhibition Director for Artists With Disabilities Conducts 'Art Chat'
Tim Buckwalter to conduct an Art Chat at the Village Theatre Art Gallery in September.

Along with the recent art exhibit Where Have All the People Gone? that runs Aug. 23 through Sept. 30, director Tim Buckwalter will host a special art chat on Wednesday, Sept. 11 from 7 to 9 p.m.
Buckwalter will offer a lively look at the efforts amongst several art centers that focus primarily on offering adults with disabilities the opportunity to learn, create and engage in a contemporary art scene.
Unique stories behind the artists’ work featured in the exhibit along with the history and inner workings of the Art Center known as National Institute of Art and Disabilities located in Richmond, Calif., will be discussed.
