Firefighters Rescue Danville Dog From Under Shed

SRVFPD firefighters deployed rescue airbags to release a tiny dog trapped under a shed in a Danville backyard.

DANVILLE, CA — Danville firefighters were able to rescue a dog stuck underneath a shed, according to the San Ramon Valley Protection District.

Truck 31 from Danville deployed rescue airbags - inflatable, high-pressure bags used for lifting and stabilizing heavy objects- to rescue the tiny dog. A video posted on Instagram shows two tubes being pumped under the shed until the small white dog finally runs out, to cheers from everyone.
