Logan Cindric Tosses 3-Hitter As Monte Vista Tops Dougherty Valley

DANVILLE, CA — Logan Cindric pitched a three-hitter in his first career complete game as Danville beat Dougherty Valley 5-2 Wednesday in an East Bay Athletic League baseball game.

Cindric (2-0) struck out five, walked none and gave up two runs for Monte Vista (9-14, 4-8 EBAL).

The Mustangs had lost seven of their previous eight games going into Wednesday.

Hayden Foley had two hits and Aiden Pelley and Luke Spies each had a hit, an RBI and run scored to lead the Mustangs offensively.

Ethan Hsu had two hits (both doubles) to lead Dougherty Valley (13-10, 2-10).
