DANVILLE, CA — Get ready to melt: a delicious new burger and sandwich joint has opened in Danville. The Melt, a San Francisco-based fast casual restaurant known for its MeltBurgers, grilled cheeses, mac & cheeses, and much more has opened at 43 Railroad Avenue.

The new restaurant is located in a 2400-square foot building connected to outdoor seating that can seat up to 75 people. The interior offers exposed lighting, brick and chalkboard-inspired walls featuring illustrations of choice menu items, and, in an homage to downtown Danville, a wooden display resembling the Old Oak Tree that reads “Danville.”

“We are excited to bring The Melt’s ‘I Love it Here’ experience to new customers in the heart of Danville,” Melt CEO Ralph Bower said in a statement. “This new location features an indoor and outdoor dining environment in Danville Square, and we look forward to serving the needs of the community from late morning until late night.”
