New Walk-In Clinic in Blackhawk Plaza

The walk-in clinic will open at Tassajara Crossings Shopping Center in September.

A new walk-in clinic will open it doors at the Tassajara Crossings Shopping Center on September 1st, and it won’t be inside a pharmacy.

The privately-owned Blackhawk Medical Group, which currently serves 15,000 patients, has been working toward opening a walk-in clinic with a more exclusive feel to fit the needs of patients in the Blackhawk area.

The clinic launches after the group’s San Ramon walk-in clinic (located inside of the CVS pharmacy on San Ramon Valley Boulevard) saw too much traffic, especially in the winter months. The convenience of the walk-in depreciated with increased demand, so the group decided to open shop in Blackhawk.

A basic walk-in visit at the San Ramon location, open seven days a week, is currently set at $85.

The new clinic will located at 3424 Camino Tassajara next to the Blackhawk CVS and will be open Mondays through Saturdays beginning Sept. 1 for those in need of care without the wait of an appointment.
