VIDEO: Boston Marathon Runner From Danville Reacts to President's Speech

Cheryl Babel was one of 11 Danville residents to run in the Boston Marathon on Monday.

Babel, a school teacher, attended the ceremony at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross on Thursday morning, hearing Boston and national leaders speak in the wake of the bombing.

For many inside the Cathedral of the Holy Cross on Thursday morning, hearing Boston and national leaders speak was a moving experience. 

Though Babel isn't from the Boston area, she told Patch she was moved by the ceremony. Watch her reaction in the video above.
