"Otter" is the Pet of the Week

Otter can be adopted by visiting the Yolo SPCA website or by visiting Petco on most Saturdays between 12-3:30pm. Watch the video above to see him in action, and share with any friends who you think would make good parents for Otter.

Otter's current foster parent says it takes "ten seconds out of her day to apply the droplets." She applies them quickly, without the slightest hassle, after Otter eats.
