Capitol Comment: Huff Talks Affordable Care Act Forums

The state senator, whose district includes Diamond Bar and Walnut, will host two meetings on the law and how it will affect constituents.

The following Capitol Comment was provided by state Sen. Bob Huff, who represents Diamond Bar and Walnut.

Senate Republican Leader Bob Huff (R-Diamond Bar) promotes two upcoming Town Hall meetings on the new Covered California law that will affect all Californians in his Capitol Comment for the week of October 21, 2013.

Senator Huff scheduled the Town Hall events to take place in both Diamond Bar and Brea with the intent of informing his constituents on how Covered California will affect them, and what it will mean for their families. The Town Hall forums will also include presentations from Covered California and the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Senator Huff also delivers a legislative update, outlining some of the bills that the Governor signed into law and others that were vetoed.
