Fuel Spill, Big-Rig Fire On I-580 in Dublin: All Lanes Reopened
An estimated 80-100 gallons of diesel fuel spilled in the roadway.

DUBLIN, CA — A big-rig leaked fuel and caught fire on westbound Interstate Highway 580 in Dublin on Monday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The vehicle fire was reported at about 6:45 a.m. near Schaefer Ranch Road and the flames spread to some brush nearby, CHP officials said.

The two right lanes of westbound Highway 580 closed while crews respond to the scene, according to the CHP. All lanes reopened just before 2 p.m.
There were no immediate reports of injuries.
