Many customers are noticing higher-than-expected energy bills right now. In January, PG&E increased electricity delivery rates by 8%. Natural gas prices continue to rise and are double that of last year. Electric rates are increasing by 10-15% in March. Currently, Dublin businesses are on EBCE’s Bright Choice plan and will maintain a 1% discount to PG&E’s rates.
