Dublin City Council To Vote On Pay Raise
The council will consider giving itself a 13% pay increase at Tuesday's meeting.

DUBLIN, CA — Dublin City Council members will vote Tuesday to increase their salary from $1416 a month to $1600 a month.
Council members of California cities with populations between 50,000 and 75,000 are authorized to receive up to $1600 a month, and Dubin’s estimated population as of May 1 is 72,917, according to a city staff report.
If approved, the new salary would go into effect after the November elections are certified. Salaries were last bumped to $1416 a month in December 2022. In Dublin, the mayor receives an increase of half of the council members' monthly salaries. The mayor’s current salary is $2,124 a month, but would increase to $2400 if approved.
