Dublin To Host Meetings On 60-Unit Sunflower Hill Housing Project

The city is hosting meetings about a proposed three-story apartment building for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

DUBLIN, CA — The city of Dublin is hosting two informational meetings on the Sunflower Hill at Grace Pointe, a proposed three-story multi-family apartment building with 60 affordable units for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The development, a partnership between Sunflower and Satellite Affordable Housing Associates, is slated to be built on a 1.9-acre parcel at the northwest corner of Brannigan Street and Dublin Boulevard on the Dublin Centre project site. It plans to incorporate a community room, makers space and gallery, fitness room, and central courtyard with amenities. The application is currently under review.

See here to learn more about the project.

City staff will give a short presentation about the project and development process, and then take questions. The two meetings will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 6 p.m. and on Thursday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. The meetings will both contain the same information, so attendance is only necessary once.
