Dublin Office Building Sells For $35M

DUBLIN, CA — A Dublin office building recently sold for nearly $35 million, Bay Area News Group reported.

Hites Plaza, a four-story office building at 5601 Arnold Road, sold to Toda America recently after it was listed in fall, the city said.

Toda America, based in San Francisco, is part of Japan-based Toda Corp., a major construction and real estate firm, Bay Area News Group reported.

The building is 90 percent occupied, and tenants include the state Justice Department, Easter Seals and the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, the paper reported.
