Dublin Plans Trunk Or Treat Celebration
Local police, politicians, and other departments will decorate their cars for Halloween and hand out treats.

DUBLIN, CA — Dublin Police Services is hosting its fourth annual "Trunk or Treat" event, a Halloween-inspired event to provide a safe alternative to door-to-door trick or treating.
On Saturday, Oct. 25, representatives from Dublin Police Services, CHP, the Alameda County Sheriff's Office, the City of Dublin, and many more will decorate their vehicles in spooky Halloween style, and provide treats for children. Children are strongly encouraged to come in costume, and will also be able to enjoy food vendors and "The Nightmare Before Christmas" played on an outdoor screen. Guests should bring blankets and low-back chairs to watch the movie.
Trunk or Treat will take place Oct. 25 from 5-9 p.m. at Don Biddle Community Park.
