Dublin Safe & Sane Fireworks Sales Beginning Soon
Residents can buy fireworks from an approved list of nonprofits. They will be allowed at four designated parks on July 4.

DUBLIN, CA — Sales of legal "Safe and Sane" fireworks will begin in Dublin on Saturday, June 28, and last through Saturday, July 5.
In California, "safe and sane" is an official designation for fireworks that approved by the State Fire Marshal, labeled with the official "Safe and Sane" State Fire Marshal seal, sold only in cities and counties that allow them, and do not explode, fly, or shoot into the air.
Sales are limited to approved nonprofit organizations in approved locations. Attached is the list of approved organizations and their booth locations.
