Dublin's Multicultural 'Splatter' Festival Set For September

DUBLIN, CA — Dublin’s multicultural Splatter Festival is set for Sept. 14 at Emerald Glen Park. The annual festival offers the best of arts, culture and food in Dublin, from a World Craft Bazaar to multicultural performances on three different stages. The festival also offers carnival games, rides, and a diverse selection of local food and drink.
