Dublin's Shamrock 5K Fun Run And Walk Accepting Sign-Ups
The 22nd annual event will be going virtual.
DUBLIN, CA — The city of Dublin is now accepting signups for its 22nd annual Shamrock 5K Fun Run and Walk.
The event will be going virtual due to the coronavirus pandemic, so participants can complete the 3.1-mile course anywhere from March 13 to 20 — be it a treadmill or on their favorite neighborhood route.
Participants are encouraged to dress up and post about their run with the hashtag #DublinStPats.

"This fun and safe community event encourages physical activity while celebrating everything Irish," the city said.
Runners will receive a Shamrock 5K Virtual Fun Run and Walk T-shirt. The top three finishers in every age bracket will receive medals and certificates for Dick's Sporting Goods.

The cost is $25 for non-timed runners and $27 for chip-timed runners.
