New 'Dublin Tree Lane' Initiative Allows Community Members To Decorate Trees Along Civic Plaza
Registration is now open to decorate a tree that will line the courtyard along Civic Plaza for the month of December.
DUBLIN, CA — Tree decorating is one of the most beloved holiday traditions, and for the first time ever, Dublin is turning it into a community event.
The city is hosting the Dublin Tree Lane, a series of holiday trees at the Civic Center that families, individuals, schools, community groups, and businesses are invited to decorate themselves. Registration is open to decorate a tree until Nov. 24. Tree decorating will take place between Nov. 29 and Dec. 3, and the trees will be on display in the courtyard along Civic Plaza from Dec. 4-28. Registration costs $40 for families, individuals, schools, and community groups, and $80 for businesses.
All trees will be eligible to be crowned Most Creative, Most Enchanting, Best Community Flair, and People's Choice.
