• Vandals cut down eight trees at Dublin High School (pleasantonweekly.com) — Eight trees were deliberately cut down overnight at Dublin High School, and Dublin Police are now investigating surveillance footage showing two suspects using an electric chainsaw on campus. School leaders say the vandalism is heartbreaking, especially coming just hours after the school’s annual tree lighting. Police are asking nearby residents to share any home video from around Brighton Drive and Amador Valley Boulevard.
