Patelco Hosting School Supply Drive

DUBLIN, CA — Patelco is collecting school supplies for local children in need at its local branches until July 27.

To donate, visit a a local branch to pick up a list detailing supplies needed, then drop off supplies at the branch. Donations can also be made directly online to the Family Giving Tree, a Milpitas nonprofit that helps low-income students.

On Wednesday, Patelco Credit Union employees will stuff donated school supplies into 300 backpacks at the Dublin headquarters.

Later in the summer, many Tri-Valley police departments host Stuff the Cruiser events, in which a single police cruiser is packed to the brim with school supplies for local students in need.
