The City of Dublin provides free sandbags available to be filled at the Dublin Corporation Yard at 5709 Scarlett Court. Pre-filled sandbags are available, but a self-serve, sandbag-filling station with sand, shovel, and bags is available if pre-filled sandbags are gone. See here for more information.
The National Weather Service also advises cleaning gutters and drains of leaves, driving slowly on wet roadways, and allowing for extra travel time.
