Wallis Ranch Community Park Grand Opening Planned In Dublin
The new 8.8-acre park will feature a dog park, tennis and basketball courts, lawns and picnic areas, fitness stations, and more.
DUBLIN, CA — Dublin will unveil its newest park on Aug. 16.
The community is invited to attend the grand opening of Wallis Ranch Community, an 8.85-acre park on three land parcels along Rutherford Drive between Tassajara Road and the Wallis Ranch neighborhood, bisected by Tassajara Creek.
The new park, which broke ground in fall 2023, features a dog park; tennis, basketball, and pickleball courts; onsite parking; restrooms; fitness stations; group and individual picnic areas; children's play areas; a large grass lawn; landscaping, and walkways.

The great opening will take place at 6501 Rutherford Drive from 9 a.m. to noon on Aug. 16. Guests will enjoy a ribbon-cutting ceremony, sports demonstrations, free giveaways, a community picnic, dog park demos, a scavenger hunt, and more.
