Washington Heights Tract (Echo Park-Silver Lake)

LA River and Bike Path (Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Elysian Valley)

Eugene Choy House (Silver Lake)

1920s Remnant Garden (Echo Park-Silver Lake)

They are among the 77 so far that have been nominated across Los Angeles at the MyHistoricLA website.

Anyone can make a nomination--ideally for something built before 1980 that is not already designated as historically significant.

Anyone can second a nomination, which is pretty fun too.

MyHistoricLA is also looking for ideas in a number of other categories including food, religion and agriculture.

The city's Office of Historic Resources created the site to get input on its own survey.
