At-Risk Man Located (Update)
Angelito "Sam" Cabaccang has been missing since Tuesday morning.

Local police are asking for the public's help in locating an at-risk man who went for a walk Tuesday morning and never came back.
Angelito "Sam" Cabaccang, 48, has a brain injury "that affects his memory and cognitive functions" andΒ is diabetic and has seizures,Β the Elk Grove Police Department said in a press release.
The press releaseΒ continues:
"Angelito Cabaccang was last seen this morning aroundΒ 6:30 a.m.Β when he left his residence in the 9500 block of Hutton Drive to go for a walk. Cabaccang is described as aΒ FilipinoΒ male adult, 5β5β, 150 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.Β He was last seen wearing a dark blue "NYPD" baseball cap, a dark colored shirt, gray basketball shorts and black Nike tennis shoes.Β Cabaccang also has a tribal tattoo on the upper part of his right bicep along with a large surgical scar on the top of his head.Β Β

"Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts ofΒ Angelito CabaccangΒ is asked to contact the Elk Grove Police Department Dispatch Center atΒ (916) 691-5246."
