Elk Grove Best Buy to Feature Demos of Exclusive E3 Video Games

Elk Grove video gamers will have a chance next week to play titles usually only shown at an invite-only trade show.

According to a Best Buy spokesman:

Nintendo will be announcing several new games next week at the big E3 event. E3 is the biggest trade show of the year for computer and video games. Usually when games are unveiled, only the select few in attendance in Los Angeles get a chance to play the games at that point.

Best Buy and Nintendo are combining efforts to give fans sneak peek at some of the games during exclusive demo events at 119 Best Buy locations across the U.S. and Canada. The Elk Grove store is one the stores chosen.

Nintendo fans can play the new Wii U games from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 15. The game titles will be announced at E3 on June 11.  Following the announcement, details about the games can be found on www.bestbuy.com/NintendoEvents. 

We anticipate having deals both on Wii U hardware and select Nintendo titles during the days around the Play It First demo events.
