A new Elk Grove pet supply store will celebrate Saturday with a grand opening ceremony.
Pets To Go East, the second location for the store, will celebrate at 10 a.m. Saturday at 9328 Elk Grove Blvd. The original Pets To Go is located on Laguna Main Street.
A ribbon-cutting will be held at noon, and a number of items will be on sale during the event. Here's how the store describes the festivities planned for Saturday:

If you've been to a Pets To Go Birthday Bash, you know these celebrations are our opportunity to show you, our customers, just how much we appreciate you!
Lots of fun planned for the day, including another visit from our favorite 9 foot alligator from Wild Things and a food truck round up.
We'll share fun filled details as we get closer, but for now please save the date so you can help us officially kick off our East Elk Grove store!
Please note that Google maps has yet to receive our new address: the Grand Opening Party is at Pets To Go East 9328 Elk Grove Blvd. On the southeast corner of Elk Grove Blvd and Waterman.
