ENCINITAS, CA — An Encinitas music student is headed to Grammy Camp.
Ty Morgan, a student at The Grauer School, an independent school in Encinitas, was selected for the 21st annual Grammy Camp for guitar performance. He was among more than 80 high school students from across the country accepted into the highly selective program.
"It's an honor to be selected by the Grammy Camp," Ty told Patch. "I owe a lot to Grauer Music teachers Isaac Langen and Tom Hopper, and Casey Trask at the School of Rock Encinitas for their support and guidance all these years."
