ENCINITAS, CA - Simon the Safety Bloodhound wants to show kids how to stay safe on Halloween.
On Wednesday, Oct. 19, Simon will be at a special Halloween Safety reading starting at 10 a.m. at Barnes & Noble on 1040 N. El Camino Real in Encinitas.
Simon will give tips on how to stay safe while trick-or treating, such as picking a safe costume and not talking to strangers, at the event.
