Moonlight Summer Concerts Series Continues Sunday In Encinitas

ENCINITAS, CA — Summer concerts return for another Sunday in Encinitas. The Moonlight Summer Sunday Concerts series takes place on select Sundays in July and August at Moonlight Beach.

On Sunday, School of Rock House Band will open the event, followed by headliner Len Rainey and The Midnight Players. The headliner has an "original sound of blues, soul and rock and roll, mixed with some old school magic that will make you want to get up and move," according to the city.

The concert begins at 1 p.m. when School of Rock House Band takes the stage at Moonlight Beach. Len Rainey and The Midnight Players starts at 3 p.m.

There are two other concerts scheduled this summer at Moonlight Beach. Headliners include Brawley on Aug. 6 and The Silent Comedy on Aug. 20.

Admission is free and open to the public.
