Scripps to Host Men’s Cancer Support Group June 18
Free event is one of several classes and webinars planned in June to mark national cancer survivors day
Scripps Cancer Center will offer a free men’s cancer support group on June 18 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. to help participants connect with others going through similar experiences. It is open to men of all ages and all types of cancer diagnoses, and provides a safe space for sharing experiences and offering mutual support.
The group will meet virtually via Microsoft Teams and by phone, making it easy to participate from anywhere. To ensure everyone has an opportunity to share, each session is limited in size. Advance registration is required by calling 858-280-5652, or emailing fong.senchi@scrippshealth.org.
