Sheriff is a 3-year-old, 54-pound, male, Husky mix.
He was a stray in the Imperial Valley and quickly a favorite at the animal shelter. He was transferred to Rancho Coastal Humane Society through Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS).
He’s the strong, silent type. Underneath is a loving and loyal dog who would love to go on adventures with his new family.

His $145 adoption fee includes medical exam, neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and a one-year license if his new home is in the jurisdiction of San Diego Humane Society.

Rancho Coastal Humane Society will host a FREE Pet Vaccination Clinic, while supplies last, on Saturday, June 14 from 9 AM to Noon at Brock’s Community Pet Food Bank at 389 Requeza Street in Encinitas. Vaccinations include DAPP for dogs, HCP for cats, and Rabies. There will be Microchips and pet food and supplies. Dogs must be on leash or in carriers and cats must be in carriers.

Summer Animal Camp at Rancho Coastal Humane Society in Encinitas runs June 16 through August 15 from 9 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
Animal Camp includes hands-on interaction with animals, Arts, Crafts, and outdoor activities.
