​2 Killed In Drive-By Shooting In Fremont

Detectives are interviewing witnesses, canvassing the area for surveillance video and pursuing leads, police said.

FREMONT, CA — Fremont police revised their account of a drive-by shooting late Friday, saying it left one person dead at the scene and one who died at an area medical facility.

An earlier report that an additional person was taken to the hospital was in error, police said Saturday. There was no third victim.

The incident took place about 11:12 p.m. in the 6000 block of Stevenson Boulevard when a vehicle drove up to people in a large parking lot and fired multiple times, police said.

The slayings were Fremonts third and fourth homicides of 2025, police said.
