3 Arrested After Leading Officers On Chase In Stolen Vehicle: Fremont Police
The suspects ditched one stolen vehicle before getting in another and driving away from officers, police said.
FREMONT, CA — Two minors and an adult were taken into custody Friday after leading officers on a chase in a vehicle that had been stolen out of Fremont, police said.
Police say they found the stolen car in San Jose and tried to pull it over. But the suspects ditched the car, got into another stolen vehicle and drove off, according to the Fremont Police Department.
Authorities deployed spike strips on the road and disabled the vehicle, prompting the suspects to get out of the car and run away, police said.

Officers set up a perimeter around the area and used an unmanned aerial vehicle to search for the suspects, police said.
The suspects were eventually located and arrested, police said. Police did not say what they were booked on suspicion of.
