Albrae Walmart Evacuated After Bomb Scare

No threat was found, police said.

Authorities evacuated the Albrae Street Walmart following a bomb threat hoax on Saturday, according to police.

Several units responded to the department store, located at 40580 Albrae Street, and cleared the area within 45 minutes. 

No threat was found.

The hoax was one of several bomb threats called in at various public locations.

A similar threat was reported at the Union Landing Walmart in Union City on March 8.

Thornton Junior High School received two bomb threats last week. A 14-year-old was arrested for conspiring to make the threats with a person he met online.
