Armed Robber Nabs iPad, Cash from Fremont Hub Store

The suspect demanded the items from an employee at Game Stop

Police are searching for a suspected armed robber after an employee reported that the man had robbed him at gunpoint.

According to a Fremont Police report, officers were called to GameStop at the Fremont Hub Shopping Center on Monday to a report of an armed robbery.

Police said the suspect pointed a black firearm at the employee and demanded for cash and an iPad. The employee complied and the suspect fled on foot, police said.

The suspect is described as a 6-foot-tall, 150-pound white man in his 30s. He was last seen wearing a blue hat, gray sweatshirt and blue jeans, police said.

Authorities said the incident was captured on video and the investigation is ongoing.
