A Cloud Hovers Over Mission Peak: Photo Of The Day

FREMONT, CA — Manish Pophale took this photo during the Golden Hour on Monday, and provided this wonderful commentary, "A lone cloud hovered over the mountain, casting a shadow that stretched across the valley below. It seemed to cling to the peak, an ethereal veil obscuring the summit from view. The cloud was a study in contrasts, its edges a brilliant white against the deep blue sky, while its interior swirled with shades of gray!"
