Courtyard Fremont Silicon Valley Hotel Completes $1.8 Million Renovation
Improvements include a remodeled lobby and new amenities in each guest room.

Though it may look the same from the outside, guests at the Courtyard by Marriott Fremont Silicon Valley Hotel will have a totally new experience as soon as they step into the hotel’s lobby.
According to a press release, the hotel, located at 47000 Lakeview Blvd., recently completed a $1.8 million makeover which includes upgrades to the lobby and guest rooms.
The new lobby features:

- “welcome pedestals” instead of a traditional front desk for guest check-in
- a new seating area with a communal table
- private media booths with high-definition TVs
- a “GoBoard” that allows guests to explore the area’s entertainment options
- improved wireless internet access
- new computers in the business library
The hotel’s restaurant, The Bistro — Eat. Drink. Connect., also features a revamped menu with “reimagined classics” such as burgers and sandwiches with fresh ingredients, along with craft brews, signature cocktails and wine.
There’s also a new 24/7 Market offering snacks and toiletries for guests.

The most important upgrades for guests, however, might be in the bedroom.
According to the press release, rooms now include:
- New plush bedding
- flat-screen TVs
- a separate seating area
- remodeled bathrooms with Paul Mitchell bath products
