Police say the suspect had been loitering near the business entrance and yelling at customers. Police say that he yelled at the victim, who was outside on her break. He then swung the box cutter at her, cutting her face.

Although the suspect fled before officers arrived, the victim spotted her attacker four days later near Capitol and Mount Vernon avenues. She called police, who responded and arrested the accused assailant.
