Fall In Love At the Patterson House 'Til Death Do Us Part' Event

FREMONT, CA — Fremont residents and visitors are in for a treat at the Patterson House event, Fall In Love-Til Death Do Us Part Saturday, Oct. 15.

Visitors to the Patterson House will experience a 19th century farmyard mansion in mourning as docents in vintage clothing will teach them about courting traditions, traditional customs, parlor games, hair art, century-old funereal jewelry and more.

Tickets are $7 for those ages 10 and above and include a house tour and one activity such as creating a memento mori keepsake to take home.

Additional activities can be purchased for $3 each during the event which runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., organizers said.

The Patterson House is located at Ardenwood Regional Preserve, 34600 Ardenwood Boulevard in Fremont.
