FREMONT, CA — If you have sensitive plants, including many citrus trees, you may need to cover them or bring them inside, along with pets.
The National Weather Service has issued a freeze watch for much of the Bay Area, including Fremont. The watch goes into effect overnight and continues through Thursday morning.
Here in Fremont, temps are expected to get down to 38 degrees Tuesday morning, but Wednesday is expected to remain above 40.

Looking ahead to the weekend, up to an inch of rain may fall in parts of the Bay Area between Friday and Sunday. The forecast will come into sharper focus as the weekend approaches.
